Was given the wrong item on my store pickup and didn’t discover this until I arrived home (35 miles). After wasting an hour and 70 miles to correct this mistake I would have appreciated a simple”sorry “ but unfortunately that never happened. Instead felt totally put off. Not happy.
Newer team members are very happy to help and helpful (knowledgeable) would definitely recommend Autozone Charles was great help!
Great customer service
Thomas was mean mugging me I go in there and feel harassed now and when I was ready to checkout no one was at the front counter they were in the back this is not the wow customer service I was expecting :(
