@autozone Car wouldn’t start - thought it was my battery cuz it’s two years old. It was still covered under my warranty I bought. So I took it in to auto zone on Dunlap and 43rd ave. They “checked” my battery- I told the girl that I had let it charge a little before I got to the store. So she checked it and said some how it was good. They checked the battery and discovered it was bad. I had bought it at another auto zone 2.5 years ago. They checked the computer and it was under full replacement warranty. They removed the old battery and installed the new one. No charge. Great!
Jesus H. helped me out with a new battery for my truck. He was awesome and patient while I joked around with him and he helped me get the correct battery and even installed it for me!! Thanks so much for your hard work and getting me back on the road immediately!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A friend of mine just told me about the foul verbal abuse that she and her grandsons got at a store in Brockton ,Massachusetts. A man who IDed himself as a manager in the store. He was drunk , he was abusive. She called and contacted the HQ. they said they could NOTHING!! I will never do business with them Again and I will do my best to slander them. Shame!!! This the beginning. Of course they delegate this and offer no help. Shame!!!!!!!.
