First of all, this location has a great customer service and friendly staff. Bought battery from ( cave creek and bell) location but they wouldn’t change battery out. Call this location and talked to “Grant” and he told me to bring down the battery to ( 43th ave and cactus) and they will switch out my battery. Got to their location, and “Ryan M” another great staff who helped me to switch out my battery. Overall, this location and all their staffs went above and beyond to help me out.
Did a fantastic job and changed out my battery while I waited
Found my HID Headlight, they had it in stock AND price matched it to Napa Auto and I saved $15.00!!

For years now I have used Autozone for all of my auto parts purchases. I have also recommend them to all of my customers as well. I am in the automotive field my self but after today they no longer have my business. They used to have a great warranty policy but something has changed. In a world of multiple retail sources and online competition customer service is what makes the difference.
Awesome turnaround on a battery replacement!!! Highly recommended.
