Michael, the Archangel was great so I thank him for his help in replacing my battery. He kept a smile on his face throughout the whole procedure, which made me feel a heck of a lot more comfortable. So yes, AutoZone and Michael were exceptional.
The most rude entitled manager ive ever dealt with Victor S . I hope autozone demotes this person and makes miguel a manager, because 15 minutes prior I came to rent a tool and miguel not only was courteous and funny but knew right away how to look up the parts and tools I needed. Meanwhile this manager struggled on the parts name. Step up autozone stop hiring and promoting people that is not worthy
