RecommendedBack on November 3rd, my car wouldn’t start on me. I went to Auto Zone on Baseline. And this very smart young woman helped me! I was so impressed by her. She checked my battery and it was no good. She gave me the ins & outs of what battery to buy and what it entails, financially & life of the battery. Purchased my battery, she brought out my battery with her tools on a cart & she proceeded to remove my dead battery and replace it with my new one. I gave her major props!!! Awesome! I am a very non-car-savvy girl, and I’m always terrified that I’ll go into an auto-parts store to replace a headlight and they will just send me on my way, headlight in hand, to do it myself. Isaac put the headlight in for me, and wouldn’t even accept the tip I tried to give him. I was in the door and out of the parking lot with a new headlight in the car in under 15 minutes. I will always come back to AutoZone for my car needs. Thanks Isaac!
worst autozone i have ever been in. the parking lot is usually full of mobile mechanics fixing people's cars. the staff is terrible at dealing with warranty info...in my book they are a bunch of crooks
