Went to Autozone because Advance Auto Parts failed miserably, they said they had something in stock, I waited for 40mins and then she said, she can't find it. Went to Autozone and got it in 30 seconds, nice job Autozone
I don’t write bad reviews. But this store had to get one. Auto zone closes at 10pm not 9:30. I came from a long trip and my van was burning up. I really needed some coolant. He waved me off kept saying closed and I kept saying it’s not 10pm. That’s bad customer service. Especially for a franchise. Like this advance auto parts will be getting my money only now!
