Zach and Hayden helped me find everything I need to change my oil. They knew exactly the specific things for my make and model of car and found them extremely quickly with easy. They were very kind and did amazing customer service. Zach and Hayden deserve a raise!

one of the associates mumbles incoherently and does not seem to be willing to express any concern for his work responsibilities his friend enjoys patronizing the customers that become aggravated by that lack of clear communication after ordering me the wrong part, instead of finding a solution to the problem, i was offered the solution to go down the street to Napa none of the associates seemed to appreciate the irony of that recommendation everyone else that works there seems to appreciate their job enough to get work done ... read more
Ben is by far the best person i have ever met at an AutoZone. I came in to get my engine diagnosed because it was acting funny, stuttering and idling hard. He walked me through the diagnostic process and even told me how to fix it. I encounter a snafu while removing a coil pack and he helped me troubleshoot the issue and how to resolve it. Ben, thank you so much for your help. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have been able to get home. Thank you.
