Our company had an issue with our battery on our Ford Transit Van. We went into the store and Braiden suggested we try-out charging the battery first instead of buying a new battery. Turns out he saved us a few hundred of dollars and we left with a 100% charged battery. Great customer service, kind, and respectful. Braiden and everyone there were knowledgeable and helpful. They had my part in the counter waiting for me. The gentleman confirmed by my vin number that I’d was indeed the correct starter. I was able to get my work truck back up and running on a Sunday in under 3 hours. I’m in the middle of a huge job and I don’t know what I would have done. Thanks guy!!!
This store is phenomenal I really enjoy coming to this Autozone they know their stuff and they always greet me with a smile. I went in last week for a battery and Will 1 of the managers asked if I needed it installed which I needed 1 anyway so I told him my vehicle was dead it was by McDonalds he said no problem at all we will get you up and running he went out and installed a new battery and took away the old battery. Replaced bulb for me - where advance down the street refused. Autozone was confused why they wouldn’t cuz It was very easy to replace. I am an older woman, and I’m very thankful that autozone was willing to do this for me
I stopped by AutoZone in Columbia to pick up a replacement bulb for a burned-out tail light, and Kenny provided outstanding customer service. Not only did he help me find the correct bulb, but he also went above and beyond by installing it and checking all of my front and rear lights and turn signals to make sure everything was working properly.
