I popped in at 1pm for a battery change and free test. i checked and called to see if i needed an appointment, but its a free service, and advertises that they’ll change your battery if you buy one, and they take all walk ins. so the guy tests my battery and says i need a new one and that it’s VERY bad but then says he can’t change it for me because he’s leaving (why even agree to testing it then?) he said he needs to ask his manager, who then tells him he’s the only one there that can do and should, and then he ... read more
I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me right to the parts I needed and even offering tips for my DIY project. It's always a relief to find a store where they genuinely care about their customers!
Came in looking for a battery and Erick Emmanuel helped us out and even helped us change the battery super nice guy!
Needed a new battery got help from Eric in auto zone in East Boston. He was a great help in finding what I needed and even installed it in my car for me. Very informative, helpful, and kind. I would most definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area.
