I'm at auto zone and the manger was extremely rude to a customer, screaming at him and telling him to get behind the line. When all he was trying to do is ask a question, it seemed that he didn't speak fluent English but there was no need for the manger to yell at him like he did very disrespectful, he should have polity asked him to please get in line. He might need some more managing training! Short guy with glasses gray hair.
The incompetence level at this location is beyond amazing. They've cancelled my order, re ordered and received the wrong part, and now they are refusing to correct their mistake. All because someone can't read letters and numbers. My nephew is six and could do their job.
