Friendly staff! Easy to locate my parts! Aidan went above and beyond to help me install my new windshield wipers, especially in the rain!! Aidan is genuine, caring and professional! AutoZone is lucky to have him work there! Will be back !!!
Raymond at AutoZone did a great job helping me test and replace my battery. He was very professional, efficient, and got everything done in about 20 minutes. Really appreciated the quick and helpful service — highly recommend!
Website said this store had my part, but I still called ahead to confirm, and was told "yes." Got there 10 minutes later and they didn't have it.
Was told they had a part, only had one left. I specified I would be there soon to grab it. Drove an hour, just to get there and be told that they don't have it. Then had to waste another hour trying to find a location that does. Annoyed my time was wasted, when I specifically called for the part, if I knew it wasn't there, I wouldn't have drove in rush hour, nor to this location.
I get ideas from there, and learn about my truck, but Ebay, Walmart, and other sites are cheaper to buy product.
