My recent experience at the AutoZone located at 756 Gallivan Blvd, Dorchester, MA, was disappointing. Upon arriving to pick up my online order, the staff seemed unaware of it and rather than assisting, they suggested canceling the order and going to another store. I ended up canceling and finding the items in-store myself, despite them being listed as available online, and unfortunately, the refund never came through.
