To whom it may concern I just left one of your stores Auto Zone on Galivan Boulevard in Dorchester, Mass.The lady manager Yari was very rude and disrespectful when I ask her why a refund was not put back on my card.She said I had to call corporate office with enormous attitude and nothing she could do. I need the battery replaced in my fob and i visited autozone 7/16 in the morning The young sales rep was very helpful and replaced it perfectly
Great service, didn’t ask for help but Ladell came out and assisted with charging the AC! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Good stuff 👍👍👍
