Spanish woman at the register has a nasty disposition.. very unfriendly and lacked customer service training. She Didn't have what I needed.. didn't offer to order it.. I ended up going to advance Auto parts
The kindest people around! They helped me out in the middle of a heavy thunderstorm and power outage, generously replacing my battery in the pouring rain and getting me back on the road quickly and with friendliness and humor. 10/10 reliability and people!!
Slow service because of so many customers. When you finally get your turn they're helpful. Be ready to wait a long while!! Good luck! Just came in to get the Engine light code. Now that took a long time! This is primarily a spanish speaking store but they speak English as well. Very very busy, very crowded store. They need 'Customer Service' training to speed things up and treat customers well do they would love to come back and recommend to go there.... One day hopefully, huh?
Went to buy windshield wipers & Daniel assisted me. He was patient, kind & answered my questions. He’s an excellent employee.
