Marquis was extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced my battery and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process, even showing me how I could replace it myself in the future. Afterward, he tested both the battery and starter to make sure there wasn’t another issue causing my car not to start. manager was extremely rude rushing me out of the store when they were still open for another 15 minutes and again when they were still open for another 5 minutes
