Incredible Customer Service from Angel! We had an issue with our AC and stopped by AutoZone hoping we could figure out what was going on. Angel went above and beyond to help us. He spent so much time trying different things, troubleshooting with us, and genuinely doing everything he could to get our AC working. We came in looking for A/C auto recharge because our car was having A/C issues. Angel came in to save the day and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong. Despite realizing that the issue may not be from the what we had thought, he continued to help us and tried alternative ways to restore our A/C. Even though the solution was beyond our reach, Angel was still going to help us. He really did more than we asked. Without him, our car would’ve probably blown up entirely.
