Very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive throughout my interaction and made what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service starts with basic professionalism and respect, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking. I came by this location to buy a headlight that went out in my car. As a woman, I am not super educated on car issues lol. Jason was super helpful and even changed the lightbulb for me. It took no more than 5mins. Thank you, Jason!
