Jabeer Ahmed at the Hamilton Ave AutoZone just saved me hundreds. He helped me quickly resolve my AC issue by removing air from the refrigerant. A mechanic would’ve charged at least $300/$400. Staff is super helper. Definitely come here before going to a mechanic shop.
This place has a number of things going for it! 1) It is air-conditioned! 2) All but one of the employees treat others with basic human decency! End of list! There were two things!!
Terrible service! The most disrespectful customer service at this location, the owners must change their workers!
I headed over here hoping to pick up a simple part for my car, but the experience was pretty frustrating. The store was quite messy, and it took a while to track down someone who could actually help me find what I needed. Even then, the person seemed a bit annoyed by my questions, which made me feel like I was bothering them. I eventually got what I was looking for, but I would probably try a different shop next time if I have the choice.
Jabeer did excellent job with installing the battery.
