they are slow as hell and not properly trained. the manager dodmt know how to do a commercial cash return without calling someone at home first. bighest waste of 1.2 hours

Absolutely horrendous experience with the Forest Park location. I called to price check brake calipers and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called back. This happened three times. The fourth time, I asked my husband to call, and they actually talked to him - presumably because he was a man! He asked them why I was continuously put on hold, and was told simply because the store was busy. The only name we received was Juan. We told Juan that we'd be buying from someplace other than AutoZone, and he put us bac... read more

If you’re EVER in this area, PLEASE do NOT go to this store. Their service is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER purchase another item from them as long as I live here! They’re more worried about themselves than their customers! NOBODY wanted to assist me with anything! You One of the guys that was supposed to help me clocked out in the middle of exchanging my item and walked out the door! I’ll never go back to that store.

The two ladies I had brief encounters with were quite polite and very efficient. I seen them move customers in and out very nicely. I don’t usually bring my daughters with me because I fear it’ll be a slow and long drawn out process but it wasn’t. Piper managed to adjust only one shelf and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes! I didn’t mind the drive in the rain today.

I believe it was a manager he had on a red shirt instead of the grey one. Anyways he was very rude i don't know what his problem was and i hate to say it but i do believe it was because I am white. There was 3 other white guy and he was very rude to them also. But the guy that did wait on us was very nice and polite.

Store use to be good. Now management is a joke . And warrented parts and tools cant be exchanged unless you call home office to rasie hell. Trish doesnt need to be in this line of bussiness . Wont even check reciept before refusing warrenty exchange . __l__ auto zone im going to advanced like every one else .
