Ordered front brakes online and selected in store pick up. (Brakes were in stock) when my husband arrived the woman behind the counter walked away when it was his turn. Called the store to see if they still install headlights for women, Maurice was a pleasure over the phone and at the register. Once I made my purchase Maurice says they're not going to be able to install the headlight. A young man named Jabari asked if he could look at my car, once he starts to change the headlight, Maurice comes out the store and says "I told you not to do it, I told you it would be hard".
