I buy a battery whit warranty but this battery make me a lot problem every day was bad no power to star so I change on auto zone like tree times and they always was bad and the manager blame my car the last time I changed was for only one year and I bring back to auto zone and they say you don’t have warranty so a got pay 10dls credit on gift card not recomendet this battery’s they are trash 🗑

the worst customer service. this place sucks i buy duralast parts with ita warranty for my car and every time i come to return the old parts for my refund they give me trouble. i let it slide the first time. but it happened recently and i decided to call customer service amd they didnt care much either. they said we cant do anything and that they send an email to the district manager. never heard from him/her. i even tried the personal number for about three days stright. i cant get in touch. its too bad the prices are good ... read more
