Charles Mathew and Christian really helped save me in my car today. My car battery had been dying, and I came into the store. I originally purchased my car battery at a different AutoZone, but that AutoZone was fairly out of reach. I shared my order information and Charles assisted Christian in calling the other store to help confirm information of my purchase. It was super easy to get help selecting the fluids I needed to top off my truck. The young man that checked me out was really helpful with providing options. The issue came when I asked for assistance to add the transmission fluid. No one wanted to do their job suddenly. Not so friendly parts people!
terrible experience i can’t lie they don’t greet you when you walk in, nobody offered any help or assistance or even a “i’ll be right with you.” i really needed help. i also stood in line 30 minutes plus before acknowledgment.
