They never have the part in stock. I went to test my battery and the woman behind the counter gave the tester to a random Jamaican man who insisted upon doing it for me. Now I’m filling him for the battery tester and he proceeds to go under my hood, test it and determine I need a new battery. Refuses to let me see the tester and returns it to the front desk.
