This store is horrible! We will never do business with them again! Ordered a part that was supposed to come in a certain day and the paperwork was shipped but the actual part never was. We were told we were going to be given a discount, when they actually charged us full price!
Awesome customer service. Great people. Very helpful. Much cheaper prices than the Napa in Eaton.
Extremely rude and the customer service is non existent. I'll never step foot in this building again. This opinion can not be applied to all employees but Gary B. should seek employment elsewhere with a company that encourages unacceptable treatment of paying customers. You'd be employee of the month.
