Had a list of parts needed and the tech helped search everything on the computer in inventory and pulled parts. In and out within 30 mins. Very pleased with the help and experience.

Incompetent workers. My vehicle wouldn’t start, so I figured it was the battery. I had the battery tested at this shop and they said the battery was good so I purchased a starter and installed that. Vehicle still wouldn’t start unless jumped. I took the truck to Chevy for a diagnostic and they ran a test on the battery telling me it was a bad battery needed to be replaced before they ran a diagnostic. Since the man at the navy boulevard location wouldn't replace my wipers for me. the young man at this location did. and he was extremely friendly and fast!
