Every time I've been in the store the staff greeted me kindly. They were quick and efficient as well. When a product was not Useful for my vehicle, they quickly refunded it with no trouble.
I had a great experience at AutoZone! The staff was super nice and helpful. Gabriel was awesome, he helped me check my check engine light code and explained everything clearly. Definitely recommend this location for great customer service!
Terrible service. Store was very busy, but that's how it goes. It's no excuse for such pissy attitude. We are all struggling these days, but there's no sense in being a sourpuss, especially in a customer service role.
