I just had a wonderful experience at the state st store with Renee. He was extremely patient with both my husband and I as we were having a bad day. Sam was great help as well by going to get my husbands walker from the car for him. Anson was a great help as well by getting him a chair. I highly recommend this store and it's staff for all your car parts needs. ~Kathy Myles~
After a young lady assisted me with a headlamp install (State Street), I mindlessly left my key fob in the engine bay, car locked, phone inside 🙄 ... She actually went out of her way to grab a mechanic next door with tools, who then managed to release the manual lock switch inside, for which I tipped him out of appreciation. So I was spared the trouble of calling Roadside, followed by an insurance claim, etc. Workers here are awesome! Customer loyalty follows!
