Matt, who we were told is the manager of this store in Seymour, Tennessee, was a complete jerk and not at all helpful. He was very condescending to us. We had just received fantastic service from the Autozone in Sevierville and were hoping for the same service here. I would not recommend going here if you want good service. Thankfully Mike Stinnett, an older gentleman working at the store, jumped in and was the exact opposite of the manager. He was fantastic.
