I got a battery 2 years ago and I told them there was many problems and I tried to get a new one they said it’s good so they charged it and it stopped working and I came to get a new battery replacement they said it ran out six months ago I came again they said 2 months ago now they are saying it expired in 2022 but I have the receipt don’t trust this AutoZone on vandyke Sterling Heights biggest scam of ur life I ask for a manager there was no manager
First time coming here when I was desperately in need and Brandon B. helped me with everything. He wasn’t the only one that helped me but I didn’t get the names of the other men that popped in to help. I needed a battery for my key fob and my car. He replaced both of them for me for a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Wow! Every single time I come here the customer service is unbelievable . Car wouldn’t start when I tried to leave and they helped diagnose a bad starter. I bought the starter from them and manager Brandon hooked me up with a starter I got it replaced in the parking lot with some help. I got a super good deal and my car now starts like a charm. This is why I go here every time. Thank you Brandon again I really appreciate it.
