I stopped in to get my battery tested and possibly replaced and the staff I spoke to couldn't have been less helpful. The tech asked me questions about my vehicle and couldn't find the right battery. Instead of going outside to look at it with me, they asked me to take their tape measure and measure the size of the battery. I showed up at this store 10 minutes past their posted opening time, and the doors were still locked. What made it worse is that the employees were standing inside, staring through the window and pretending not to see me. No explanation, no acknowledgment, nothing.
Wonderful experience. Great customer service from start to finish.
I bought a battery and the staff provided excellent service and helpful advice.
