I really appreciate the help I got from Michael Salazar. Very friendly, kind, and thoughtful. I was waiting for one of the other staff and Michael asked if he could help. I wanted to add some refrigerant to my kids car and apparently I had purchased the wrong type. Michael figured it out and looked at the label on the hood of the car and found the preferred refrigerator recommended and then doubled checked it by license plates and then actually helped me with every step of the process. Horrible service.
Last week i visited this store as i needed a part very quickly. I was promptly greated by two employees asking how they could help me. Quickly one employee got onto the computer and found the part tht i needed. Thank God they had the part in stock and i was able to purchase it. Once again thank you autozonenfor being so quick as i needed to get to the coast for a wedding!
Awesome staff! They worked hard to help me with what i needed and made sure I was satisfied!
