Norene and Mac are all stars and a great reputation of AutoZone as a company, I needed a battery change and they used there team work and found the best solution for me and went out of there way to help me I needed a battery change before I big day of work and it was super unexpected and I was stressed!! and they made that process so easy, norene was clearly very knowledgeable of her products and so was mac.
