I came in to have my battery tested and then replace it. The employee who helped me (PSY) confirmed the battery was bad and showed me the correct replacement for my Yukon. He then told me they don’t change batteries on Yukons because it’s more than two bolts. In front of the whole store, PSY asked me, “Are you a he or a she?” Chris, another employee, laughed out loud.
