Walked in trying to get an oil filter. “We don’t carry them. You can look online to cross reference them.” Drove a couple buildings down and was out in less than 3 minutes at oreillys where they cross referenced the filter immediately no questions asked

Went to Get my battery checked because it needed to be replaced. An employee came out and said "I'm not testing that nasty battery." He was very rude and wanted me to go next door to the repair shop and pay someone to do the work. So, I went next door to O Riley's and they were so helpful. Kevin checked and changed out my battery for me and I was on my way.
