Beejay is awesome! I stopped in to buy fuses and ask some advice on how to fix my car, which was blowing 7.5 amp fuses to the "infotainment" system. Beejay listened to me and offered up some advice. He said if I couldn't get it figured out, to come to the store and he would help me, which is what I had to do. Dumbest people on Earth, they know nothing, I'm not sure why they don't fire everyone in the place, Ill never buy anything from them again
I've been shopping at AutoZone for many years, but my experience at this location rayford Rd spring Tx was very disappointing. The manager's attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming. It felt like customers were bothering him instead of bringing business to the store. I purchased a 30W soldering iron, but when I got home and tested it, it wasn't hot enough to melt solder, making it unusable for the job. Greg helped me find the correct windshield wiper after i had purchased the wrong one earlier then went out of his way to place it on. The next day Greg assisted in reading a "Code" when my engine light had come on. He also took in a very used battery to recycle. Greg and this staff at Auto Zone, store # 3666, are amazing! Bob Agee
