Great customer service! Shout out to Antonio, who helped us to diagnose our faulty battery, and then install the new one. Grateful for how knowledgeable and kind he was! Very helpful!
Customer service was great! Showed up to get battery checked if it was good because the car wasn’t starting and two guys checked the battery and starter to make sure it wasn’t bad either. They also cleaned the terminals and the car ended up starting again!
Thanks to Bill A in Las cruces Auto Zone we are back on the road . Best service .
Just want to give a shout out to Bob R. who checked my engine light. He was courteous and professional and helped me understand what the code meant and the options for service. It is nice to not go into the dealership blind! Thank you Bob!
