Best Autozone I've ever been too so far not only does the store look great the employees are more then helpful, I went in for a reading and left with the new part and the assistance to get it put in, sadly I didn't get their names but I will be returning to this location.
Tony was so helpful today. He made my day so much easier. The bonus was that he was very nice and friendly too. Glad I stopped in! Service with a friendly smile works for me, because it's sometimes a lost art which is always appreciated.
I’ve just got to give a tremendous shout-out and gratitude to Christopher Sanchez, an employee of this store. While traveling home to Texas after coming down US Hwy 101, we ran into some car issues just outside of Las Cruces. After a bit of troubleshooting, he helped me determine that the issue was the starter relay. He was able to work with another store in the area who had the part and went to pick it up for us!!! Recently went to change the battery of my Camry SE. Tony S. helped me change the battery and the customer support was beyond expectations. One of the battery terminal was really messed up and with the help of some other coworker, Tony really tried to fix it and get my car going. Really impressed with the customer support and really satisfied with the service. Thank you very much for helping us. I recommend this place and Tony to get a good service for your requirements.
Walked in and used the computer myself since they were busy tidying up the store for the night. I didn't want them to feel completely useless so I asked one of them to check me out. They offered me the weekly/monthly sales and the extra things that were for the items I purchased. I politely declined. Was in and out of the store in less than five minutes. Quite glad they had what I needed in stock.
