I’ve just got to give a tremendous shout-out and gratitude to Christopher Sanchez, an employee of this store. While traveling home to Texas after coming down US Hwy 101, we ran into some car issues just outside of Las Cruces. After a bit of troubleshooting, he helped me determine that the issue was the starter relay. He was able to work with another store in the area who had the part and went to pick it up for us!!! Recently went to change the battery of my Camry SE. Tony S. helped me change the battery and the customer support was beyond expectations. One of the battery terminal was really messed up and with the help of some other coworker, Tony really tried to fix it and get my car going. Really impressed with the customer support and really satisfied with the service. Thank you very much for helping us. I recommend this place and Tony to get a good service for your requirements.
Walked in and used the computer myself since they were busy tidying up the store for the night. I didn't want them to feel completely useless so I asked one of them to check me out. They offered me the weekly/monthly sales and the extra things that were for the items I purchased. I politely declined. Was in and out of the store in less than five minutes. Quite glad they had what I needed in stock.
Customer service is great here. Friendly folks. Bill even went out into the parking lot to help me install a part in my vehicle. A great place to get your goodies.👍
Exceptional associates here! Chris and I believe the other gentlemen’s name is Nelson(Sorry if it’s actually Norman) took care of me. First they caught that I ordered the wrong parts online and gave me a call to get me straight(Nelson/Norman), and Chris has some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen!! Everyone that he helped, hit didn’t miss with the knowledge and genuine care for each of us. Words can’t describe it, you had to be there. Flawless! Thanks for everything you guys, and I will see yall next time!
