Friendly, and helpful
Had my battery tested that was purchased over 5 years ago with Autozone and was the one with only a two year warranty. I sure got my money’s worth. Battery was quickly tested and in short time had a new battery installed. Appreciate how easy and quickly over the years purchasing car batteries has been from AutoZone. Thank you to Payton and Mason for their great service at the Auto Zone Hwy 75 and 121st location.

Returned a Duralast Battery that was less than a year old, battery would not hold a charge. Employee put their Voltmeter on it and said it's OK ( I had just taken it off of the charger) Manager would not take my word that it has issues and he tells me that No Exchange . I went to Walmart and their employee put a Load Meter on the battery and said that it has issues . I bought a new Battery from Walmart. New Battery holds a charge and works as it should.
