The AutoZone team in La Feria have provided me with excellent service for more more than a decade. The whole team is friendly and helpful, but, Fernando (AKA: Fernie) is my go-to-guy. He is not only very knowledgeable about automobiles, but he makes a great effort in trying to save customers money by pointing out sales, and encouraging them to take advantage of great deals and discounts offered through the AutoZone Rewards program. Bad customer service ,made a disabled women wait till the end skipped her and ignored her .
Mario didn’t just save me time— he saved my sanity. I came in ready to give up after losing a battery bolt, and he handled it like a pro. Not only did he take the time to walk me through the fix, he also gave me smart budget tips and made sure I left with the right parts without breaking the bank. I’ve been to O'Reilly's down the road, but this Autozone is top-tier service. If I could, I’d give Mario a raise. He turned my day around !!
I just wanna say this is the best AutoZone I've been too .as soon as I went in the greeted me with a good attitude a man named Mario Riojas I believe is his name made my day today! He is an awesome person and tries to give u d best deal ever! I will for sure come back to this AutoZone .I loved the way I was treated and how Mario Riojas helped me out .if I'd could is give this man a raise.he has charisma for everything and not everyone has that!
