I waited in line for about 15 minutes because it was a busy night and I understand that. Standing there with a one year-old kid in my One arm and three cans of refrigerant and two packs of gasket maker in my other arm I finally make it to the register and ask for a specific coupling and the guy at the register goes to help somebody else instead who was not standing in line for the last 15 minutes. I will not sit foot in that store again I will go to O’Reilly’s instead.
A huge thank you to the young fella for helping with checking my trucks oil and teaching me on it very knowledgeable and great help really appreciate you bro
Always like service at Auto Zone for a long long time I never went anywhere else
