I’m traveling with my family, and suddenly my car stopped blowing cold air. I stopped at AutoZone, and there was an employee named Dave D. who truly went out of his way to help me. He showed me how to add refrigerant to my car, and now the A/C is working perfectly again. I really appreciate his help and kindness. He deserves so much recognition for going above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Dave!

Excellent customer service! I shopped at AZ twice, recently. Both times the staff was efficient and courteous. The last time it was snowing outside, I asked the associate if he thought I could install the engine air filter myself ? He said, why should you it’s snowing? HE then installed it! I will return to AZ for every car part ! The dealership had quoted me $100. to install the same part, AZ zero.
