Was over across the street with my sister. We walked over and Mr. Joshua K answered us at the counter. I asked if we were able to use a jump box of some sort. Josh immediately got up and took action and walked over with us to the car and gave us the jump we needed to get back on the road!!

First time leaving a review and let me just say if I could give more than 5 stars I would! All 3 gentleman who were working the cashiers area were 100 percent knowledgeable on their parts expertise and even helped with what I needed to get my car back on the road. I don’t see how folks speak so negative about this place cause they were nothing but a big help! I’ll definitely be coming back when I need to and I hope to work with one of them again! This is the worst autozone I’ve ever encountered. The guy who works as the cashier has terrible customer service and the worst attitude.

David S at the Watkinsville Auto Zone was amazing and super helpful! I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Not only did he help me get everything I needed, he even took the time to show me where my airfilter went. Excellent customer service!

Great service, needed a new car battery, they had what I needed in stock, and they were very helpful installing the battery there. Apparently not able to install all car batteries fyi, but was so appreciative they could help me out!
