Some guy up front sold me the wrong transmission fluid and tried to gas light me that I told him the wrong car.

AutoZone WAS my go to for maintaining my 6 vehicles. My wife had them replace and install a $220 battery. Less than 2 years later the battery failed, she took it back to have the warranty obtained and was told "we cant install this battery because of liability". Its a Ford edge, probably one of the most popular cars in the US. THEY installed it, but wouldnt install the replacement. A woman with a 4 yr old was told to leave with a battery THEY diagnosed as faulty that THEY installed.
Crystal was so helpful, kind, and fast. Great store!
