Always going to AutoZone and it’s EASY every time. Big shoutout to the Manager Luis for being super helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to find the right parts for my car and even gave me a quick rundown on some tips and tricks. The store’s stocked well, clean and the staff is friendly. Awful customer service,went to do a return & didnt keep receipts thinking it wont matter since i have an account & the older guy told me in a firm voice "WE DONT DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT HERE" like i was a lowlife criminal,i was met at the door with rudeness,treated like a crook,& wasted my time & gas to be stuck with 6 quarts of oil & filter i dont need,im a 20 yr customer with auto zone & have spent thousands,but i will eat this $50 & find a new company Ridiculous
