I went in for a cabin filter for my car and although they don’t normally install the filters Jae Was more helpful than most. I greatly appreciated his help.
I came in for some simple break pads, because one of my rear brakes was squealing. It turns out I needed a rotor, pads, the whole works. It was one complication after another, including not having the right tools to change out the caliper. The help and customer service we received at autozone was wonderful.
