2 minutes ago I called in and placed an order. The order was supposed to be delivered next day to the store. I picked up my order only to find out it wasmt the correct part. I wasted my time and gas money and they did nothing to try and alleviate the inconvenience their error made. Not only that i was informed that i might not get my orrder until multiple days later. Did they offer a discount or refund. No Nothing!!!
bought an air filter there and asked the guy could someone put it in for me.. he said they dont do that... never have I had an issue before with getting someone to help me. was there the week before and a different guy changed the bulbs in my headlight for me so i was surprised this rude guy said no he couldnt do it for me.. i was able to do it myself after you tubing it and found it was very easy and took less than 1 minute.. needless to say i wont do business there again... not a pleasant experience at all

Their customer service is absolutely horrible! The way we were treated and spoken to was totally unwarranted and unprofessional and it is not acceptable! The accusations made were disgusting! Will never shop there again and will be sure to tell my friends and family of this experience!
The process of getting a battery was easy and thanks to Justin for putting it in my car. Had a little trouble at first but was persistent and did the job well. Plus it was like 9 degrees so he deserves some praise. Thank you!!!
