I love AutoZone, would have given 5 stars but my last visit we had to wait for the associate who was the manager to stop visiting with people while we waited for him to change our battery. He smoked a cigarette while he worked on the car which I thought was rude and smelly. Could just be me
Even though store did not have the battery my car required, they found one at a nearby competitor. When that store would not installed the battery, Auto Zone did it as a courtesy!
They need new management now
We were schlepping up and down Kalamazoo looking for a specific part and finally got pointed here. We came in and were told that there was an inventory error and they didn’t have it. We returned to our car in depressive shame and as we began to pull out OUR HERO NOAH G. Came running out to let us know that they actually did find the part. It was like an angel coming down and saving us from our misfortunes. Noah G. Is a bloody hero, god bless his soul.
I like the service at this store. The people are very helpful in finding parts and supply's. I also like the rewards program that they have. I recommend shopping here for your auto parts needs. Keith deserves the five stars, he goes above and beyond.
