I’m giving it 1 star because I can’t give 0. I visited the store on Saturday to make a return, but I was told they couldn't process it because the manager needed to approve it using her credentials. I came back on Monday and was told the manager was busy; I waited in the store for over an hour, and when she finally came out, she told the cashier, "Yeah, go ahead and do the return." I had the privilege of having Brenda & Issac assist me today with my automotive needs. They treated me and gave me 5 star service and my entire experience was AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS.
Says they close at 10pm but closes at 9pm
Just came to recycle oil. But it seems that they don't like to do it. Other locations around Texas are self serve, but this one you have to wait a long long time to do so and they didn't even tell you something, like "I'll be right with you sir" or something, it's like you were a ghost. Btw, when to O'Reilly, 1 minute drop and done.
