Great experience at this AutoZone, with special thanks to Walter. I came in needing a new battery and he helped right away—found the right one and explained my options clearly with no pressure. He also suggested a simple, inexpensive kit to help prevent corrosion, which I appreciated. He installed the new battery, made sure everything was taken care of, and was patient, efficient, and just a genuinely kind person: something you don’t come across often these days.
