Roberto was fantastic! After going to another SoCal auto parts store that rhymes with “Smileys” and being told that they would not replace the battery on my car because the model was “too difficult,” I came back to this location and Roberto helped me. He was incredibly kind and thorough in getting me the battery that was best for my car (he cross-referenced the aftermarket one I currently had in the car to be sure!) and then came out to do the install. Waited in line, told the guy what I needed and as he is walking away to go get my oil filter he stops and helps another guy who is behind me in line and expects me to wait while he checks out the guy who came in after me.
Needed a light change and Manager did a great job free of charge.
