We went to return an item that we ordered online. We were in there for over an hour. Never resolved because the item that was shipped, apparently was NEVER shipped. No information on it. Zip. Zero. Zilch. We were told we would get an e-mail with a FedEx shipping label to return the item. Instead, we received another order for the same product. We are on the phone with the company now. My wife was just in there to get a set of brake pads for her and your staff treated her like crap they tried to sell he stuff we didn't need and talked down to her! I will not be back to this location again period!

I called this store to check stock for parts for my car. The salesman asked if it would be easier if he spoke to my husband because apparently females can't be knowledge about their cars? It was 9:15 when I told him we'd be there in 10 minutes to purchase the parts. He said, "okay, but we close at 10 so don't be crying outside the door at 10:03." Thanks for giving us time to take our business elsewhere, buddy.
Just went here, store was supposed to be open at 7:30am. Store is still closed, locked and all the lights out with one broke down car in the parking lot.
