I would like to give a public thank you to the Auto Zone crew on Hoosick St in Troy NY. I’m the owner of a Ford Explorer who’s serpentine belt went on my vehicle. My husband and went to autozone thinking it would be an easy fix and low and behold we were wrong. My husband tried replacing the belt himself and was unsuccessful. The staff at the store saw we were in distress and went above and beyond to help us and to make a long story short the belt was replaced and we were able to drive again.
