*** Update - much better experience second visit. They asked if we wanted the containers from the start. Also appreciate management monitoring these reviews and implementing positive changes. Last visit: (1-Star) Husband went to dump car oil. Workers did not know what they were doing. (April 2nd around 7pm) Typically they dump the oil and give back the containers but they said he had to leave them. I know it’s petty but also do your job and know your policy. Husband went to dump car oil. Workers did not know what they were doing. (April 2nd around 7pm) Typically they dump the oil and give back the containers but they said he had to leave them. I know it’s petty but also do your job and know your policy. (2nd car oil place we have been to because the last one was full). If I’m wrong please let me know, but he didn’t have a lot of confidence in the employee because he heard him go ask his coworker about the proper oil dumping policy/procedure who also shrugged.

Terrible service. Constant holds as soon as they pick up. Even for comercial account holders. spent the last 15 mins trying to get to an associate. Unfortunately im taking business elsewhere
