Extreme attitude problem with boys on cash register. They are rude and un professional
"I am a frequent customer at this store and come here almost every day. My spending ranges from a minimum of $80 up to purchases of $500, $700, and even $1,000. The terrible customer service here is completely unacceptable. They have three very bad employees, especially a woman who never serves customers well. None of them ever know what the customer is looking for. If you don't bring the exact part number yourself, they won't even help you check the inventory. *** Update - much better experience second visit. They asked if we wanted the containers from the start. Also appreciate management monitoring these reviews and implementing positive changes. Last visit: (1-Star) Husband went to dump car oil. Workers did not know what they were doing. (April 2nd around 7pm) Typically they dump the oil and give back the containers but they said he had to leave them. I know it’s petty but also do your job and know your policy.
