James Ayala is a rock star!! I will pass multiple auto parts stores and even other Auto Zone stores to talk to James about a car question. He takes the time to listen, evaluate and then will share a couple of different ideas. Seriously amazing experience every time I step into his store and the store is also clean and organized. Highly recommend!
We came in right before close, and Pedro stayed after hours to make sure my super corroded battery and terminals could be replaced for way cheaper and faster than a mechanics would’ve been. He went so above and beyond for us. These guys are the greatest, 1000% recommend!!!
Josh stayed after close to help me with a corroded battery. He’s an absolute legend, always stayed positive even when things were looking grim. We got it all fixed up! This Autozone is the best
