Could not leave Zero stars on this platform, this store deserves a negative zero..... I have spent thousands of dollars with Auto Zone, but I will never spend another dime after how I was treated today by staff and management. Walked in to get 8 quarters for my 2 one dollar bills, employee asks manager he actually looks at me, laughs and says we don't sell our change. I was helped by a gentleman named Shawn. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Came in for a tail light and the asked him about my gas and a few other things involving my car. He recommended a few things and I ultimately walked out with an all-in-one fuel system cleaner. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me a variety of options, he was very patient in explaining everything. Even though they were about to close, I didn't feel like he was rushing me out of the door. Thank you so much!
I bought a small flash light to put in the car. It was supposed to come with batteries according to the tag, but it didn't. May need to go back for the batteries.*****Update*/*/. I went back, and the manager was able to help me. The product was supposed to have the batteries in the flashlight. Manager did a defective product return, and got me one that works. I am now happy with my purchase.😁😁
